About the Role
Quality Point is looking for a highly experienced Senior Network & Systems Administrator to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, virtualization, security, and backup environments. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and infrastructure optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows Servers, DNS, and DHCP.
• Administer Linux servers (CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu) including patching and maintenance.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco network infrastructure and firewall environments.
• Manage VMware ESXi and virtual infrastructure.
• Administer Veeam Backup & Recovery solutions and perform backup verification.
• Support vulnerability management, endpoint security, EDR, antivirus, and proxy solutions.
• Maintain CCTV and Access Control systems.
• Perform system health checks, patch management, backup monitoring, and preventive maintenance.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and asset management records.
  Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of experience in network and systems administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  o Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory
  o Linux Administration (CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu)
  o Cisco Networking (CCNA/CCNP preferred)
  o Fortinet: Firewall Administration
  o VMware ESXi / vCenter
  o Veeam Backup Solutions
  o Vulnerability Management Tools
  o Endpoint Security, EDR & Proxy Solutions
  o CCTV & Access Control Systems
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage critical IT infrastructure.
